Tools for Tuesday: Parchment Paper Sheets

I love these “If You Care” Parchment Paper Sheets (though I can’t say the same about the company name. Talk about guilt, right?).  They’re silicone coated, which means they are non-stick, but also non-toxic, and they’re pre-cut to fit the average cookie sheet. Plus, unlike parchment sheets that have to be stored lying flat, these come in a roll so you can keep them in the same drawer as your aluminum foil, plastic wrap, bags, etc. Genius!

I pick mine up at my local Whole Foods, but (like everything else), you can also get them on Amazon.

Note: Neither “If You Care” nor Whole Foods, nor Amazon.com has endorsed this post in any way.  This review is only my opinion as a consumer and amateur chef.
