Cooking Class: Spring Fling

Mark your calendars for March 24th! It’s my next combo cooking class and dinner in partnership with the Four Seasons Biltmore. We had such a lovely time at the last class and dinner; we hope you’ll join us for this round. We’ll be celebrating the beauty and bounty of spring.

The menu is all about quality, seasonal recipes that are easy to pull together for Tuesday night dinner, but also special and lovely enough for entertaining on the weekends. Spring is my jam, I’m obsessed — so we will also do flower arranging, setting the table, concocting a specialty cocktail and of course, talking about the garden. I’d love for you to come for an evening of fun and inspiration.

After the class portion we’ll all sit down to dinner prepared by Executive Chef Alessandro Cartumini. We’ve put together a wonderful menu paired with thoughtful wine choices. One long table feasting as the sun sets over the ocean while talking all things food and wine. What could be better than that?
