What to do with Tons and Tons of Lemons?

Dear Val,  I have tons and tons of lemons (oranges and grapefruit too) and I’m going to use your lemon dressing tonight, but what else can I make with all these lemons?

There are lots of suggestions and recipes on the site. Preserve your lemons and give them out as gifts. Preserved lemons add such great flavor to lots of dishes — chicken, fish, and veggies. They are also so easy to make. Making marmalade is a great way to use up your produce. Cocktails, too! Salty dogs, Margaritas, etc.
