I’m excited to be teaming up again with the Four Seasons Biltmore for a combo cooking class and dinner. Our first in this new series of classes will be “From Italy With Love” on Wednesday, February 10th.
We’ll start with a hands-on cooking class featuring techniques and recipes inspired by my recent trip to Tuscany. After the class portion, we’ll sit down to a lovely family-style feast at Bella Vista paired with Italian wine.
