Waste drives me crazy, especially of the beautiful veggie variety. But I can only feed those chickens so much- what to do with all that leftover produce?

This one-pot dish is perfect for a romantic evening at home because it manages to be both light and rich.
Like a lot of people, I’ve had to make an effort to reconnect with Brussel sprouts. Leave those stinky memories behind, because this dish is completely yummy.
Today is the first day of fall! In preparation, I made a big batch of lentil soup this morning so we could just heat it up whenever we’re ready to eat. For me, nothing says “fall” quite like a hearty bowl of soup. It seems strange to me that this is the first day of fall.
