Last night, I made this for a Mardi Gras party, and I have to say, it turned out delicious. It was my first time putting together this particular recipe, and I definitely picked up some tips along the way. One thing I learned, is with a few extra special touches, you can take your jambalaya (how can you not smile?) from satisfying to sizzling
