Apple season is here. These muffins are a great way to uses ’em if you got ’em. And since they are made with whole-wheat flour and fresh apples, it’s a healthier (and tastier) muffin.
I use Pink lady apples because they hold up well through the cooking process and they have great brightness and acidity, which I love.
