This drink is a sophisticated summer soiree in a glass. Concocted with vodka, coconut water, pineapple juice and basil, it’s completely refreshing and bikini friendly.
I am loving these cocktails as we roll into summer; it’s perfect for a round of cricket, croquet or oh, bloody hell…even watching Nascar. The only problem with this refreshing cocktail is that it’s hard to stop at just one.
The result was a delicious, refreshing summer cocktail on an ordinary Tuesday.
